Change up your diet. “Treat the skin as a living organ, recognizing that what you put onto the skin absorbs.” Incorporate fresh fruit and healthy vegetables into your daily diet, and “eat foods that are high in Essential Fatty Acids; they’re necessary to keep the skin supple. Oils from the olive, almonds, wheat germ and flax will play a part in caring for the skin from the inside.”
Exercise daily. Doing so increases circulation and releases endorphins, bringing oxygen to the cells, rejuvenating the skin, and leaving a heightened feeling of peace and joy.

Book a facial.
